However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we allow returns under specific conditions.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The wig is unused, unwashed, unworn

• The lace has not been cut or altered

• No styling products (sprays, glue, gel, heat tools) have been applied

• The item is returned in its original packaging with tags intact

• Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Wigs with cut lace

• Customized or special-order wigs

• Wigs that show signs of wear or styling

• Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
